ILIA e-Shop offers free delivery on all online orders. Or you can choose to pick up at ILIA Central Flagship Store in Hong Kong.

You may return or exchange your product purchased from ILIA e-Shop within 7 days from the day you receive your product. To make the return process easier for you, please contact ILIA Customer Service Centre at +852 3614 0360 (Tel), +852 9257 0306 (WhatsApp) or e-mail to [email protected] to arrange a return pickup by our logistics partner. You can also choose to return the product at ILIA Central Flagship Store.

Purchasing Procedures

  1. Select your favourite item,
  2. Click “ADD TO CART”,
  3. Click “CHECKOUT” in the cart page,
  4. Follow on-screen instructions to select and fill in your name, contact number, e-mail, the collection method, collection branch or recipient address, etc,
  5. Enter coupon code or gift voucher code (if any),
  6. Check and confirm order details,
  7. Select payment method,
  8. Go through the process of payment.

Payment

  1. ILIA e-Shop allows the payment made by “VISA Card”, “Master Card”, “American Express” and “PayPal”. When customer has filled in and submitted the order, it will be diverted to an online payment gateway. All customer has to do is to fill in information to complete the purchasing.
  2. You may also pay by bank wire transfer to the following ILIA Jewellery bank account (Customer is responsible for all related handling fees). After remittance, please send the wire transfer receipt and order number to [email protected] (e-mail) or +852 9257 0306 (WhatsApp) to confirm the order.

  3. All the payment should be made prior to delivery. Cash on delivery is not available.

All the selling prices shown in the website are denominated in Hong Kong dollars. Converting any other currency into Hong Kong dollar shall be subject to the exchange rate offered by the customer’s credit card issuing bank or PayPal.

ILIA Jewellery offers free delivery on all online orders including Hong Kong local and overseas delivery. The website will not collect any delivery charges and other extra service charge.

Some countries may charge taxes and duties on goods delivered from overseas countries. Please note that local taxes and duties are responsible by overseas customers. You are advised to contact your local customs authority for the payment method and details.

Receipt of Delivery

When filling in order form, select “Pickup at store” and pick up the product from ILIA Central Flagship Store in Hong Kong. Payer has to pick up the product in person, and must bring along “Notice of Collection” e-mail and present identification documents and the payment credit card for verification.

 

ILIA e-Shop will deliver the goods directly through our logistics partner according to the recipient address provided by the payer when the order is filled in. Please note that we will not deliver the goods to the PO Boxes.

We use Malca-Amit as our logistics partner of ILIA e-Shop. If overseas customers want to ensure that the products can be delivered to the recipient address, you may email the recipient address to [email protected] for enquiry.

To protect the rights of customers, an adult must be present at the recipient address to sign for the acceptance of the goods, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. Recipient may need to provide order number and identification documents upon delivery.

We will deliver the goods within 2 working days once the payment is received. The local delivery in Hong Kong will take about 2 to 3 days, and the overseas delivery will take about 7 to 14 days. The actual time of delivery is subject to the delivery schedule of our logistics partner.
